抽沙船如何適應河道的環(huán)境

      抽沙船是一種依靠抽沙泵對河沙進行抽取的水上采沙設備，在這之前先依靠機械部分對河床進行破壞，使得河床底層的泥沙更好的同水流混合，抽沙泵將泥沙通過輸沙管道輸送到抽沙船上或者指定地點進行篩分和儲運工作。抽沙船作為一種高效的抽沙設備，其自身的功能決定其抽沙強度與抽沙效率。
      當然除去抽沙船的本身構造和性能外，抽沙船的能否發(fā)揮自身的優(yōu)勢還與其所處的環(huán)境有關。首先是氣候問題，我們都知道國內的結冰地域一般是以秦嶺淮河線為基準的。北方的結冰期就不利于抽沙船的采沙工作。因此除做好抽沙船的防凍工作外，還要將抽沙船內部的冷卻水放凈，防止因結冰而導致凍裂。而南方雖然處于無冰期或者冰期過渡帶，但是在冬季氣溫地下，也需要做好抽沙船的防凍工作。
      其次因為河道中沙石含量的配比不同，石子比較少，且直徑較小的河道更容易展現抽沙船的生產性能。而對于含沙量在50%以下的河道就不建議使用抽沙船進行抽取，最好使用鏈斗式挖沙船配備一般篩沙網就可以將石子篩除。而如果石子很多，直徑又比較大的河道，挖沙船就需要配備滾筒篩對河沙中的石子進行篩分。經過篩分后的石子一般直接流入另一側的河道，或者如果有經濟價值也可由傳送帶輸送到岸上進行破碎機破碎制成機制沙，可以實現資源的有效利用。
