分析：挖沙船的潤(rùn)滑油該如何選用？

      挖沙船具有成本低、工作效率高、操作方便等特點(diǎn)，可同時(shí)完成對(duì)沙石的抽取、過(guò)濾篩選及分離等工序?？梢砸淮涡陨a(chǎn)出合格的產(chǎn)品，尤其針對(duì)水面寬闊且水下資源豐富的河道、池塘及廢棄的挖沙廠更是特別的適合采用挖沙船進(jìn)行挖沙作業(yè)。挖沙船的種類很多，從挖沙方式上可分為機(jī)械挖沙和吸揚(yáng)式挖沙兩大類。挖沙機(jī)械比較笨重，不像其他小型機(jī)械那樣靈活，潤(rùn)滑油可以使挖沙船的各部件能夠更好的協(xié)調(diào)運(yùn)行，因此我們更加要注意潤(rùn)滑油的選用。

      挖沙船多半采用露天作業(yè)，我國(guó)北方地區(qū)的冬夏季溫差變化較大，有的地方晝夜溫差變化也很大，因此我們要選用粘度隨溫差變化較小的潤(rùn)滑油。潤(rùn)滑油的黏度隨溫差變化小，可以形成很好的潤(rùn)滑油膜，對(duì)挖沙船的各部件起到很好的潤(rùn)滑作用，以避免挖沙船啟動(dòng)、運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)困難。

      如果在火災(zāi)或者爆炸事故易發(fā)的地段作業(yè)，挖沙船一定要使用抗燃性好的潤(rùn)滑劑，不能使用易燃的機(jī)油或者柴油代替潤(rùn)滑油。同時(shí)潤(rùn)滑劑必須對(duì)挖沙船的密封件有著良好的適應(yīng)性，以防止密封件受到潤(rùn)滑劑的氧化損壞。
