如何對(duì)抽沙船的抽沙泵的葉輪進(jìn)行選擇

      抽沙船是一種對(duì)河沙進(jìn)行提取的水上采沙設(shè)備。它主要依靠抽沙船自帶的抽沙泵將被激起的泥沙連同水流一起順著抽沙管道輸送到存沙地點(diǎn)。大型的抽沙船可以同時(shí)進(jìn)行河沙的抽取、水洗與儲(chǔ)運(yùn)，抽沙泵在其中都扮演了重要的角色。也因此對(duì)于抽沙船上抽沙泵的選擇是一件非常重要的事情，它將直接關(guān)系到抽沙船的抽沙工作能否順利進(jìn)行。
      抽沙船上如果使用的不是高鉻合金吸沙泵，那么葉輪的磨損是很嚴(yán)重的。像我們的小型抽沙船都是使用的普通鑄鐵或鑄鋼的吸沙泵，所以葉輪需要經(jīng)常更換。首先我們的普通抽沙船的抽沙泵是不能更換高鉻合金泵葉輪的。只能確定自己的工作環(huán)境選擇葉輪，鑄鐵葉輪特點(diǎn)是耐磨，鑄鋼的特點(diǎn)是耐打。也就是說(shuō)如果沙層中石頭較多就選擇鑄鋼的葉輪，石子含量低就選擇鑄鐵葉輪。

抽沙船
       抽沙船的抽沙泵在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中應(yīng)定期檢查軸封水的壓力和流量，及時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)填料壓蓋或更換填料，以保證始終有少量的清潔水通過(guò)軸。還要定期檢查抽沙船抽沙泵的軸承組件運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)情況。開始運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)，如果軸承發(fā)熱則可停泵待軸承冷卻后再次運(yùn)行；若軸承仍嚴(yán)重發(fā)熱，溫度持續(xù)上升，則應(yīng)拆卸軸承組件，查明原因。一般軸承發(fā)熱是由于潤(rùn)滑脂（油）過(guò)量或潤(rùn)滑脂（油）中有雜質(zhì)引起的，因此，軸承潤(rùn)滑脂（油）應(yīng)適量、清潔并定期添加。
      隨著抽沙船抽沙泵使用時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)，葉輪與護(hù)板的間隙將不斷增大，泵的性能要逐漸變壞，應(yīng)及時(shí)將葉輪向前護(hù)板方向調(diào)整，以保持較小的間隙，使泵保持在高效率運(yùn)行。當(dāng)泵磨損到其性能不能滿足系統(tǒng)要求時(shí)，應(yīng)更換過(guò)流部件（易損件）。為避免過(guò)流部件因磨損失效對(duì)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生的嚴(yán)懲后果，要定時(shí)拆檢泵估計(jì)過(guò)流部件的壽命，以便及時(shí)更換。
