挖沙船主軸承溫度過高可能是由于以下原因造成:
(1)潤(rùn)滑油中斷或油量嚴(yán)重不足。斷油或少油的原因及處理辦法與上面討論的相同。
(2)潤(rùn)滑油過稠或過稀。主軸承產(chǎn)生的熱量除少部分由金屬傳導(dǎo)出去外,大量的是靠潤(rùn)滑油帶走。當(dāng)潤(rùn)滑油過稠時(shí),流動(dòng)性很差,不能及時(shí)把熱量帶走,引起主軸承發(fā)熱。當(dāng)潤(rùn)滑油過稀時(shí),不能形成液體摩擦的油膜,金屑直接摩擦,所以發(fā)熱很快。
(4)鈾瓦刮研不符合要求。軸瓦在刮研時(shí),若瓦口刮研不夠量,與中空軸頸配合過緊;瓦面與軸頸接觸點(diǎn)過多,瓦面上未刮出油槽等,都會(huì)引起軸瓦發(fā)熱。因?yàn)槟C(jī)整個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分的重量全部壓在軸承上,軸頸對(duì)軸瓦的壓力很大,當(dāng)軸瓦與軸頸配合過緊,或瓦面與軸頸接觸點(diǎn)過多或未留油槽時(shí),潤(rùn)滑油無(wú)法進(jìn)入接觸面,起不到潤(rùn)滑作用。處理的辦法是檢查鈾瓦刮研質(zhì)量.重新刮研,直至符合技術(shù)要求為止。
(5)落人雜物。當(dāng)?shù)V漿或泥砂等雜物進(jìn)入到軸頸與軸瓦的摩擦面,將嚴(yán)重破壞軸瓦與軸頸的配合.使軸瓦及軸頸表面拉槽,摩擦加劇,引起發(fā)熱。處理的辦法是消除雜物,重新刮研鈾瓦。
