(1)油箱必須有足夠大的容積。一方面盡可能地滿足散熱的要求,另一方面在液壓系統(tǒng)停止工作時(shí)應(yīng)能容納系統(tǒng)中的所有工作介質(zhì);而工作時(shí)又能保持適當(dāng)?shù)囊何弧?/span>

考慮油箱內(nèi)表面的防腐處理時(shí),不但要顧及與介質(zhì)的相容性,還要考慮處理后的可加工性、制造到投入使用之間的時(shí)間間隔以及經(jīng)濟(jì)性,條件允許時(shí)采用不銹鋼制油箱無疑是最理想的選擇。
