挖沙船的油缸在安裝密封圈時該注意的要點
安裝密封圈密封能夠防止挖沙船的油缸出現(xiàn)漏油的情況，不過在安裝密封圈的時候我們要注意一些問題。
1.在安裝密封圈之前要檢查密封圈的質(zhì)量是否合格，尤其是唇口的位置，不能夠出現(xiàn)有損傷、缺陷。檢查完質(zhì)量之后還要檢查密封圈的尺寸是否符合該油缸的尺寸。
2.在安裝唇形圈的位置時，例如缸筒和活塞桿的端部，要把它倒成15到30度的倒角，這樣能夠避免在安裝的時候?qū)Υ叫稳Φ拇讲吭斐蓳p傷。
3.在安裝唇形圈的過程中，如果要經(jīng)過退刀槽或者螺紋表面的話，最好是在要經(jīng)過的位置套上專用的套筒?；蛘咴谠O計的過程中，讓螺紋以及退刀槽的直徑比唇形圈的內(nèi)徑小。
6.在安裝時，盡量減少拉伸度過大，避免塑性發(fā)生變形。如果安裝的場合氣溫較低的話，可以把唇形圈放置到60℃左右的熱油中加熱，但是不能夠超出唇形倒的使用溫度。
